Team building
We have a creative R&D team. Till the end of 2011 there are totally 3733 staffs, of which 23.4%, 873 engineers and technicians are above college. We think much of team building. Each year, we recruit nearly 100 college graduates and recent years more and more postgraduates, and have cooperated with Southeast University and Xi An Jiao Tong University to open a master degree course related to our products for our staffs; Each year we send technicians to take part in domestic or overseas product and technique exhibitions, academic activities.Spontaneously, we organize to travel to Europe and America to survey, in order to provide the technicians chances to learn advanced technology to know the developing direction of this area.We provide our technicians with a favorable salary, benefits and development results encouraging policy, which attract a lot of excellent people in this industry.
Technical innovation
Technical center used advance CAD, CAE and a self-developed gear optimization design software, forming a unique gear designing and manufacturing technology. Mean while, we built a scientific and research, product design and new product developing relationship with domestic and overseas college, design institute famous company, such as, Tsinghua University, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Wuhan Jiao Tong Science and Technology University, Jiangsu mechanical design research institute SMS Siemag , MAN ,Hitachi,Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,Nippon Steel Corporation,KONE. We introduced CAD 2D, 3D and FEA software and full version PGC high speed gear design system from Philadelphia Gear Company into NGC, and together with Tsinghua University, Exeter Inc. Company developed XTGEDS gear expert design system, shortened developing cycle time, established a basis for following world advanced level. Also for the following a few aspects shows our valuing technical innovation.
1. Built an innovative trial leader group which is taken care of by General Manager.
2. Built a stage for innovation people, recruit from the whole world, hire different kinds of people that we need, especially the technical expert, quality expert. And meanwhile train all the manufacturing technicians of different kinds, formed a first class R&D, manufacturing, managing team.
3. Positively cooperate and communicate domestic and overseas college, institute. Aiming at possess own intelligence poverty right, guarantee the R&D capability and synchronize with the world.
4. Make sure that the R&D outlay no less than 4% of the revenue of the year; increase the R&D outlay, gradually consummate construction of R&D center, inspection and test center, heat treatment center.
5. Introduce the world first class new equipment, select the first class suppliers, Use the first class material and fittings, to ensure the first class product and quality.
6. Build innovation encouraging system, set up innovation fund, select and award innovations, promoting innovation atmosphere. Build encouraging system for intelligence poverty such as patent, self-invented technology, technical specifications.
